The folks at this Nashville, TN based company, Pastabilities, have been creating fun pasta and Italian food for decades. In 1992, during a honeymoon trip to Italy, the owners fell in love with the ingredients and patience required to produce “olde world” small-batch pasta. Made with the finest ingredients, 100% durum wheat and 100% organic grains, they craft pasta that's lower carbs, higher in protein and delicious to eat.
