Smoker chimney will require a Butane lighter, available at most home improvement stores and online (we use Bernzomatic Flexible Butane Lighters). Note: standard click lighters will not work. Items will be presented in Cricklewood gift-box (WxDxH 12”x10”x4”), box size is smaller photo image.

We endeavor to ship all in stock items within 24-48 business hours. From product ready date, we offer USPS shipping to the contiguous United States, at this time. If expedited shipping is required, contact Cricklewood prior to order for a quote. If we can meet your timeline, we'll accommodate. 

For customized orders, ready date will be discussed and agreed between Cricklewood Gardens, and customer, prior to invoicing. 

Soy candles, soaps and certain food items sold by Cricklewood Gardens, are heat sensitive. Cricklewood provide's sound packaging but do not accept the risk and cost of damages that might occur due to temperatures encountered by products while in-transit.
